Expectations

We do our best to transform every grill we touch back into a functional, clean and presentable grill.

That being said,we operate under the following expectations:

We GUARANTEE that your grill box and components will have much less buildup, rust, and grease than before and will be safer to eat from and lower risk of grease fires.

We GUARANTEE your exterior finish will be vastly improved.

Due to the varying nature of how the different metals and surfaces are used by grillers, the amount of buildup, and age of the buildup and burnt-in carbon, we can’t guarantee every grill will come back to near new. But we try our best every project.

Silver Packages

  • We can not guarantee rust removal on rusted components
  • If there is heavy carbon burnin on grates or inside the grill box, we will attempt to remove as much as possible, but can not guarantee full removal
  • We attempt to scrape off layers of grease or buildup manually with scraping tools up to 3 rounds
  • We attempt up to 3 rounds of degreasing + scrubbing to remove stains
  • We will manually scrub buildup with scouring pads and degreaser, then rinse up to 3 rounds
  • We will recommend component replacement for rusted items or items with so much buildup we can’t remove
  • We can’t guarantee grates will be returned to stainless steel finish -but we will attempt to improve them as much as possible
  • We are limited to 1.5 hrs to work on Silver Packages

Platinum Packages

  • We attempt to scrape off layers of grease or buildup manually with scraping tools up to 6 rounds
  • We attempt up to 4 rounds of degreasing + scrubbing or steaming to remove stains and carbon burn in
  • We will manually scrub buildup with scouring pads and degreaser up to 4 rounds
  • We will attempt additional steam + razor scraping removal up to 3 rounds
  • We are limited to 3.5 hrs per unit to work on restoration
  • We can not guarantee complete rust removal on rusted components with structural damage (rusted through)
  • Before we start, we will take pictures of components that we believe will need to be fully replaced
  • If there is heavy carbon buildup on grates or inside the grill box, we will attempt to remove as much as possible, but can not guarantee full removal
