No, as long as we have access to the grill and a water source, we do not require customers to be home. We notify you when we arrive and when we are finished we will send you before and after pictures and videos along with the invoice

For smoker drums, we may use a water and vinegar mixture and possibly condensation from our steam cleaner. We wipe the steamer condensation down as we clean to ensure no liquid is sitting in the drum as a result of cleaning.

Yes, we can use eco-friendly cleaners for an additional fee. Please note, eco-friendly cleaners are generally not as effective in fully removing grease and carbon buildup as their chemical counterparts which are engineered for this sole purpose.

Yes, we use a booking and invoicing system that will text or email you the invoice to be paid.

Yes, we can clean your outdoor kitchen appliances, pressure wash your outdoor kitchen. If there’s anything else you need done while where there, ask us and we will let you know if we can do it and how much it will cost.

What information do you need from me to get a quote?

We require the following from you in order to get you set up with a quote and then schedule the work:

  • Your address
  • Txt us ( 913.320.0840 ) pictures of the both the outside and inside of the grill with the hood up, we can give you an accurate estimate without visiting you for a $37 on site estimate.

Without pictures, we charge a $37 on-site estimate fee and can provide you an estimate after seeing the grill with our own eyes.

How can I schedule the work?

Once you approve of the quote and pay a 30% deposit in our system, we will then be able to reserve next available spot in our schedule. Generally, we can get to you within 5 business days of receiving your approval and deposit.

I have an event I need to get my grill ready for quickly, can you expedite my grill cleaning on the schedule?
